I enjoy hearing and learning about my clients' journeys through their lives. Why do you think online therapy is effective for seniors? I believe online therapy is effective because it guarantees treatment in the comfort of your residence as opposed to traveling to an office.

Can you provide details on your approach to therapy? I believe therapy is most productive when it is supportive and casual, with a conversational tone and an open mind toward different strategies to approach challenges. The key is a collaborative approach between client and therapist.

What is your advice to someone who is starting therapy for the first time? Go in with no expectations. And don't forget to breathe.
